Returns Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The item(s) must be returned in the original condition. Item(s) must not be worn, washed or show any sign of use. Returns that are received in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted.

Please note you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged or faulty) and original shipping costs will not be refunded. When sending a return, we recommend you use a tracked service and keep the tracking number until your refund has been received.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items that have been made to order.

Exchanges
Make sure you measure your pet and double check your sizing before placing an order. If you are unsure of sizing please use the size chart shown in the product information.

If your order arrives and you have accidentally ordered the wrong size, please send us an email at gilli@loveonaleash.co.uk and we can arrange getting the correct size to you. If this is the case, we cannot guarantee the size you need will be in stock so please double check sizing before placing an order.

We recommend you carefully try new items indoors, in case you need to return them. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not in perfect, re-saleable condition.

Refunds

Once we have received your return and inspected we will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. It can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
